1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and software development services provided by BALVORIS ("Balvoris"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Balvoris provides software engineering, SaaS development, AI automation, custom web and mobile app development, cybersecurity audits, and cloud infrastructure services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Pilot contracts signed between Balvoris and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all source code, technical documentation, and intellectual property developed by Balvoris under a fully paid SOW or Pilot shall transfer exclusively to the client upon receipt of final payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Balvoris be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or reliance on unexecuted proposals.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi NCR.
